I have recently been drinking Kombucha tea on a daily basis based on the
recommendation of a friend of my wife.
I caught the tail end of a thread here referring to a book.. What is this
book and where do I find more information on this subject?
Incidentally I have high hereditary cholesterol levels (322) despite a low fat
vegetarian diet. I am 43 and not overweight. I have upped my exercise. I
wonder how the Kombucha affects cholesterol?
I basically don’t want to worry about this problem, but do want to do the
right thing. Please refer me to what you think would be good information for
me on this.
