I’m suffering from a kick-ass fever.
If anyone knows the "best" ways to overcome a fever, tell me please!!
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Warm bed, many blankets, lots of liquids, and sweat it out. Honestly, I’ve
found that if I get my external temp up enough it cuts the duration of the
fever. I discovered it mentioned in old Herbalist books, and tried "Burning
off" a fever a few years ago. It worked, so it is what I do now. I load up
on high calorie foods so my body doesn’t starve itself, bundle under about
six blankets with a thermos of hot cocoa, and don’t come out ’til I feel
better. If I get about twelve hours to do this and sleep, I usually find a
dramatic improvement.
Sending healing thoughts your way…

Drink some ginger tea, then get into bed and pile on the blankets. When
your fever breaks, you will feel like a new person.

Friendly advice, but improper if the fever’s causation is true Heat.
Cold-type fevers can be sweated to resolution, but Hot-type need
cooling–plenty of peppermint and other Cooling diaphoretics. You are also
following the ‘feed the fever’ protocol–which is often a good one, but
again, in some cases this will backfire. In a Hot time of Year (like in LA
today), take the peppermint and aspirin route. In the depths of Winter, try
sweating. Best would be to get an actual Yin-Yang differentiation from
someone who can recognize the differences.
