A lot people don’t realize this, but Ritalin is a stimulant. For some reason
it has the reverse effect upon children than it does adults. I’ve always heard
that Ritalin will cause adults to be more hyperactive.
Vitamin B-6 has been shown to be somewhat more beneficial than Ritalin
in some tests. I don’t know what the dosage would be for adults. It is 15 to
30 mg per kilogram of body weight for children. I don’t know about adults.
You might find someone in your area that know about vitamin treatments, and
can help you with this.

Stimulants of this type will reliably increase attention span in anyone.
It’s only in people with ADD (who have problems in this area to begin with)
that they would be indicated,

You don’t know _period_. Where do you get off giving such a recommendation?
WHERE have this been "shown"? 15-30mg/kg is a ridiculously high dose of B6
for a child, let alone the same milligram amount for adults. It’s well
above the doses which have caused lasting neuropathy. Your recommendation
is not only useless, it’s _dangerous_, you ignorant fool.
