Tea Tree Oil Quality

I bought some tea tree oil for a wart I had, and while at the store  
noticed a bottle of "Pure Tea Tree Oil" and "Tea Tree Oil: Essential  
Essence". Which is better, and what’s the difference?
I bought the essence by the way.

    The root is probably better, not just the oil but
    also the fiber as catalyst.
